The Following is our Standard Return Policy:

According to our FREE RETURNS Policy all orders are eligible for a refund within 30 days from the purchase date. Customers will not be charged ANY Restocking fee or handling charges and will be refunded the original purchase amount excluding shipping charges if item is returned within 30 days from the day of purchase and includes a valid RMA number inside the return package.

Returns for Refunds and Exchanges:

Customers MUST email info@beautance.com for RMA ( Return Merchandise Authorization) prior to any return.

You will be refunded the original amount excluding shipping within 10 days of receipt of your return. Refund will be givven in the form of a credit to your Credit / Debt card used when placing the order.

You must include your RMA number Inside the box with your return otherwise we will not be able to accept your return and it will go back to you

Any Shipping charges that were paid to the shipping carrier are non Refundable.

Returns without RMA Number are subject to 20% Restocking fee.
